If he was getting paid big bucks to license his name onto the newsletter he should have been paying attention to the content. If he wasn't making money off it and it was just something some people were doing on their own I don't think it really matters at all.

If he was getting big royalties from licensing the thing it changes my impression of what happened significantly and I think it should change any reasonable person's impression. He didn't lay it out IMHO. He specifically didn't speak to why or how or how much money he made off the stuff. If it's such a big deal don't you think he should know? I thinkt he dodge is what is interesting Yuki. Why dodge unless you did endorse, support, or help publish the newsletter, and made money off of it?
He could have said, I made no money off the newsletter, I had no association with the newsletter. Instead he said today I disavow the newsletter. Is that really all it takes?
