I drop subtle hints. I told her last night that she has to work on her weight because I need to have sex and she is the only one I can do it with. I then smacked her gigantic ass and said and we don't want that to change, do we....
She takes it in stride though. If she is depressed I can't tell. She eats when she is happy, sad, half asleep.

Go for walks together. Prepare healthy meals. Relationships are hard but if you are unhappy you might be treating her bad which will make her unhappy also. Not all relationships last but try to make the best of it and try to make it an adventure. If she is big then challenge yourself physically and bring her along and she might suprise you.

I feel sorry for your daughter,I wonder how she feels about her father showing her that a woman's only value is in their physical appearance and is worthless if she isn't skinny enough.
