WOmen have more fat then men naturally. Having kids adds even more fat. Its hard to get rid of after the pregnancy. Huges you are not being very kind to her.

If she is letting herself go there is probably some issues shes having. I mean my wife had 3 kids in 3 years and gain a little. But is loosing it fast. If she keeps gaining weight she probably has some issues going on inside of her that shes hiding or something. I mean I'm no psychologist but it would seem she does have something going on. I wouldn't put her down or anything but I would sit her down and in all seriousness talk to her about the issue you have with her gaining weight and sex as a part of your marriage. You cant just point fingers at her though or she will get defensive and you cant get through. And maybe suggest doing some of the things with her. If you love her you wont put her down but youll stick by her and offer your help on the issue. If she doesn't respond I would get a 3rd party involved that she may trust or something to get her to see and still you two should go to counciling.

As lame as this sounds.. It's not something easily explained unless you have been through being a fat ass before.
Now that said if she wants to lose weight. Just count calories, and exercise. It isn't really rocket science.

It's disgusting and unhealthy. If she truly cared she would at least try to lose weight and I mean truly try not just switching to low fat puddings
