No it shouldn't. It is a naturally occurring product that needs no special processing. Unless you live in some sort of weird state, unprepared food products and other consumables are not taxed.

There is no freedom without the law. So yes I do embrace freedom and liberty, under the rule of law. Dope is illegal, therefore its illegal in my mind. You want it legal, but it isn't. I think your outside the freedom and liberty ideal.

Anything you say tenkly. Its a hot issue like abortion, gay marriage and all the other taboo subjects and most of you are textbook. Someone disagrees with you so therefore hes just illogical or this or that. You have no real reason in saying that. You have your view and I have mine. I dont care about yours and i hold to mine. Thats all that matters to me. What they do with the decision is up to them. You burden yourself way too much trying to prove why it should be legal. As if the government really cares what you think. That idea in itself is enough to make me laugh at you. As if they pass these laws for you, with you in mind. Your wants and needs. lol We're cattle to them. You included. Good for him! Especially if it isn't a serious issue they're using it for. I agree with him. Toss em all in jail or better yet, fine the hell out of em and give them 60 days to pay it or jail time. States would make tons of money. Probably more than if they were to make it legal.
