Good for him! Especially if it isn't a serious issue they're using it for. I agree with him. Toss em all in jail or better yet, fine the hell out of em and give them 60 days to pay it or jail time. States would make tons of money. Probably more than if they were to make it legal.

But just to humor you, reread what I said. Pay ... or to jail. To avoid jail they would pay or ruin their lives. Loose jobs and other things. So they will pay. Unless they're just dumb.

No I haven't really. Was just a spur of the moment type thing. But it would be interesting to see happen though. I dont mind keeping them in jail or forcing them to pay fines for weed. Only those that are "genuinely ill" should be able to use it. And it should be very tightly regulated. Tossing out prescriptions/recommendations/cards for 150$ isn't regulation. Its criminal in my opinion. Especially when most of the idiots that use it make stuff up or have no real medical documentation. So they go to some cheeseball doctor and whine about a rogue illness or pain, pay 150 bucks and get a dr's recommendation for "medicinal cannabis". Its idiocy. How its actually still allowed is beyond me.
