Not taxpayer funded, daddy funded, although it is tax deductible. It will be good for her to learn about Europe and watch the changes that happen there over time. When I took one of my trips in the 70s we went to Yugoslavia and Hungary when they were still communist, the fall of the Iron Curtain was more interesting for me because I had been to some of those places.

I know the program well, I participated for 2 summers, my son for one and one of the chaperones is a very good friend of my wife.
