Yeah, for some reason I don't see Rush giving out that kind of advice. "Think for yourselves, my dittoheads!" just isn't really on message for him. Since Corky mentioned Paul and Romney, I'm guessing that Rush's complaint was mostly directed at their supporters.

As I remember Rush did not say who he was for or against. Other than one that I did not really trust I did not see any hard core conservatives running. Rush needs to got off his high horse.
I'm willing to bend on the social issues, even if I do think they are important. The country does not live and die on social issues. When we go broke social issues will be the least of our problems.

12 million was the last number I heard. It is likely more or less by now. Little sound bytes like "people listen to him?" might make you feel wise but it is really head in the sand thinking. I have not listened to him in many years but you cannot mock his success.

Its best to not listen to political pundants because you soon start repeating what they said and you almost think the ideas and opinions are yours. Instead they are just placed there by the pundants and you are just parroting their thoughts
