If Obama is cracking down the Republicans will throw you in jail and overcrowd our prisons with pot smokers. Meanwhile 4 murderers are on the loose because some stoonad in Mississippi gave them a pardon. Go figure . The world doesnt make sense.

Shouldnt be anywhere near children period. No acceptions should be tolerated, vehicle for harassment or not. Move it to another location.

I do not know if its being applied universally. I do know that none of the stores in my neighborhood in Brooklyn sell alcohol if they're within 1000ft. I know its the same in my ex's neighborhood. In Virginia there weren't any shops within 1000ft of any of the schools I attended so it wasn't an issue.
