I noticed you said "hey jack ass" so here is my response. I worked at a job that i made a lot more than i do now and even if they offered me a million a year id never go back having a job you hate and dread waking up and having to go to it isn't worth the money. and at the end of the day just cause people get paid millions doesn't mean they have talent

no, henry ford paid his employees a livable wage.
im all for people being paid a livable wage but an excessive wage is ridiculous and does not further the talent or skill of the employee any more than that of someone making a livable wage.
