It'd be much easier if you'd cut down gradually. If you were drinking 3 a day, drink 2 for a few weeks, then 1 for a few weeks, then maybe cut it out entirely.


But having invested the time you have already I'd stick with it rather than going back at this point.

the boss of the company i contract for told me that he is 100% that quitting caffiene has no side effects...says it's all in your head


i tried to argue but he wasn't hearing it

600-800 mgs of Ibuprofen when the symptoms are bad got me through it, it was the only thing that stopped the "nail in your skull" headaches.

Yeah, I'm afraid that may be the solution, I'm just adverse to taking pills for pain though.

take Excedrin. It has caffeine. That's what I did when I quit.
