and it's killing me. My head aches every day. Been two weeks now and I'm hoping this ends soon.

Wow, you must have had immense amounts every day for months to have withdrawals.
Then again Amercian coffee is brewed to the strength of mild tea, so I'm not sure how believable this really is.

I quit caffeine a few years back. Went from 20 to 40 cups of coffee a day...to none.
I had headaches for a couple of months, got sick to my stomach, had the shits for a week about 3 weeks in, was weak and shaky at times for a couple of months as well.
It was worse than when I quit cocaine cold turkey. Much worse. keep at it. I felt tons better once I got thru it, and my health improved dramatically.

I drink about 4-5 cups a day in 3 sessions. I dig it the most and I feel like a game rooster

I gave up the Energy drinks. I have 1 to 2 cups of Joe in the morning and that's it. Used to be I would have that then have 2-3 Rockstars or Monsters.
I also stopped drinking. I wasn't drinking much but I noticed it was starting to be an almost daily thing.
In my world anyone who drinks daily is an alky. So.....
