You might also buy some reusable pocket heaters, the kind you can boil and then reuse. Put them in your coat pocket, pop em hot and they should last for a few hours per. One example would be:

Well, when snowboarding all day I get a decent pair of waterproof gloves of any type, and a pair of good glove liners.

Good glove liners will keep your hands warm and dry all day. After that you'll need to buy those disposable heating packs for your hands if you still can't keep them warm.

If cashmere lined leather gloves are not warm enough... Then simply buy a pair of snowboarding/skiing glioves- ideally, the type with a removable inner glove.
