No man is without duality.. Oh I like plenty of fine European lagers, wisebiers etc, just that I have a special place in my heart for easy to drink summer lagers.

I like uncomplicated thirst killing beer.. it isn't a concept that is hard to fathom.
I live on a continent where you can't walk out into the street without tripping over a 800 year old brewery that was started by some obscure order of Monks. I like my beer simple. If I want complexity, heritage, a thoroughbred process of ancient mastery I'll simply buy a bottle of fine red and enjoy that.
I just like to get hammered on brew, it's mellow and relaxing.. anything under 5,2% is awesome everything above it is horribad. I mean I like say Chimay but really 9% in a brew it hits you like a freight train if you chug it like I do.

PBR is horse piss, not beer.
They would serve it at college parties because it's the cheapest beer money can buy. It is probably single-handedly responsible for me not getting drunk in college.

And we drank Erdinger weisbeir on tap, Guinness also on tap, Heineken tap.. etc for about 2 bucks for a pint, that and a lot of different wines.. In Sweden the "fraternities" run their own bars, if you knew the bartender you often drank for free.
good times, going back there this fall! 
either way, I'm sick and tired of European brew I want that american simplicity.

Bah! Don't let them shake a good plan!! Rub them ribs down. Heat em up, and Slap some sauce on them. Then break out the cold PBR amd Miller!!

I was thinking, home made coleslaw, pomme chatûe that i'll make under the ribs let all that good fat dribble down on the potatoes, also going to slap in some fresh rosemary and whole cloves of garlic in the potatoes.. and a fresh roccula salad to it all.
aaaand copious amounts of brew!
