In some ways Poet he is better than Bush but not by a whole lot. He seems to be a pretty rotten president like Bush, only marginally better. He clearly is one of the most overhyped and overrated presidents of all time

Not at all. So much more was expected of him. He is only marginally better. Imagine taking all the money from wallstreet and then putting people from Walstreet in his cabinent? Then the bailout was just political payoff and pork and a huge waste of money. The list goes on.
The truth is Obama is another bad president like Bush.
