If sex with yourself as we know presently it is defined as masturbation.
Than sex with yourself would be masturbation. We'd probably need to come up with a new word.

I read a cyberpunk detective story with a scene like that. You could rent out your body if you were chipped and there was a murderer using rented bodies for crimes. In the book when she was in another body she had sex with her own unconcious body (she was in a male body at the time)
