Well I will start to look for a new job soon. I was hoping this new job would be better than my old shitty job. Instead this is just a shitty job of another flavor and this is worse because basically I'm working 20 extra hours per week for the same amount of money lol

Talk with drivers from other companies you meet, every time I have had to hire a driver I have found them through on of my current drivers. If you don't have a forklift license get one, most insurance companies require one now and everyone loves a driver who can load his own truck.
