It doesn't really matter if they're conservative or liberal. That distinction should no longer have meaning once you harm innocent living things to make political points.
At that point you went too far and are dangerous. Every reasonable person will recognize that, and will condemn the actions and want the person punished.
Unfortunately some unreasonable people will still try to score political points on a tragedy. They are douche bags, and should be universally condemned by both sides as well.

Culprit was probably a liberal, par for the course.
Liberals get windows smashed at their campaign offices, blame conservatives (all over , and is found out that the culprit is a liberal. Like I said, par for the course.
