The mixed-breed Siamese cat had one side of its head bashed in to "the point the cat's eyeball was barely hanging from its socket," the release said.
Ok, so what are they saying?
Was the eyeball "barely" hanging from the socket, meaning it was sticking out just a bit or that it was hanging MOST of the way out and barely connected to the socket.
(yes, I DO know what they meant. The point is that anyone who is going to report the news should be informed enough to know that the OP sets rather high standards for others, dammit!)

I have a logical theory as to who did the actually killing. Hear me out on this.
It was Bonk.
You see, Bonk isn't getting the "affection"  from his cat that he craves. Since this is the case he, like so many other serial killers, is embarking on a vendetta to "make it right" in his own head.
His cat don't love him so he directs his rage against other cats. I'm sure if we looked around the country we'd find where other cats had been killed. Bonk we're on to you brother. Stop and get help while you still can, brah!
(also notice how he showed up in this thread taking about "how bad" what happened was. Kind of like an arsonist or....a serial killer?  )
