Fox has been pwning him pretty hard since the speech. Tune in for 5 minutes and I'm sure you'll see it. They have been playing it back to back for the last 24 hours or so. They just took the last 3 SOTU speeches and replayed them with the new one and almost everything he said was the exact same thing as he said before. To the letter almost. 
I know it's easy to h8 on Obama but the noob is self pwning pretty hard right now. It'd be laughable if it wasn't so sad.

Obama will not really gain significant ground until he is head to head with another candidate. His election also relies on the economy improving. There is a decent chance it will at this point.
albeit slowly like the entire recovery has been.
This seems right.
There was no meaningful reaction around the 2011, 2010 or 2009 state of the union's (2009 was a televised speech to both houses of congress, not a SOTU).

Does anyone really think that votes matter anymore? I really doubt it. I think they put on a show for the masses but in the end they choose their man and put him in office.

I really liked the topics and tone of the speech.
I don't believe he would ever agree to give up the things he talked about giving up in order to get the things he talked about getting.
