Its amazing how well apple is marketed.
I think people will smarten up and stop being treated like sheep - having to buy new stuff every year is assinine.

They make people think they need to upgrade every time a new smart phone comes out. I got an android almost 2 years ago and see absolutely no reason to upgrade because this does everything just fine.
