the best way to stop bullying is to allow the students being bullied to take baseball bats to the bullies.

While I really hate bullies I'm not sure how much the state can do about it. Kids will be kids. I doubt anything good will come of this. Kids often do before they think about the results. That is why so many of then lean left; until they grow up and learn better.
