Any school that doesnt allow kids to use thier smartphones needs to be /kickedinthenuts
It is a great aid for kids..specially campuses that aren't technology rich.
The fact that the teacher will get a letter saying " don't do this " fails in comparison to a suspension.
If the kid filmed 2 teachers engaging in illegal activities will the student still get suspended?

Most schools don't allow cell phones to be used during classroom hours for many good reasons. The fact that you failed to come up with them just shows how impressively stupid you really are. As for the punishment, most schools don't start you out at a suspension for the first offense unless it's something really major. He's probably already been through the steps of warning / detention for similar incidents.
