Suppose you've got land that can comfortably support X number of people. However, the population grows until there are 2X people there. Who is going to leave? It's not going to be the superior people who leave. The superior people will drive out the inferior people. Africans are physically superior because they are descended from people who were physically superior.

I'm not sure I buy that. How is an East African more genetically different from a West African as opposed to being different from an east Asian or a Norse? I don't think it's diversity that gives the continent the edge in athletics (where do North Africans figure?) Africans in general are just taller, leaner, and more muscularly dense than a lot of other ethnic groups - not to say that they aren't varied or that certain areas aren't better specialized for certain activities, but in general Africans are simply better built for sports. Power, endurance, and speed is 90% of sports.  .
Its simple..non african humans are descended from a small subset of the african population, and haven't had time to evolve the same kind of genetic diversity of the humans that remained in africa. The most genetically diverse ethnic group on the planet are the San, the african bushmen who are not closely related at all the dominant Bantu groups of the region.
