Tenkly is a mod lost Diablo 2 move spammer that can't accept the greatness of SWTOR and the idea it pushes.. but he is right about wow.

WoW was the first (major game at least) to have leveling be mostly done via questing rather than just pure grinding. It did have some innovations we now take for granted in the genre..

Strange that one couldn't do quests all the way to max level solo in a game called "Everquest" lol

Can you imagine trying to get to level 50 in pre-TOA DAOC solo? It'd take a year at least.

I managed it..

... then again it did take about a year.

I remember soloing mobs out behind Camp Station with my rejuv cleric. Good god that was awful.
