Is Florida's primary a winner-take-all for the delegates? If so, avoiding it was probably a smart move on his part.

Then again the smartest move for Paul would be to not waste his time running at all.

When you come in last in a field with a flip flopping hypocrite, an insane serial adulterer, and a bible thumping neanderthal nut case.....you know you have got to suck pretty bad.
Of course, it is Florida, so nothing they do is really surprising.

Didn't RP decide to forego Florida altogether? I mean his name is on the ballot, but he hasn't actively been campaigning there as far as I know.
