Pizza tip, when you go to get a pizza stone get two, put one on a rack above the other, your pizza will cook more evenly. Also brush a little garlic and butter on the exposed crust right before you bake it.

I love pineapple on a pizza but it has to be done right. The pineapple pieces need to be fairly small. You should let them cook like any topping.
They will tone down some as they cook.
My favorite is pineapples and olives.. Not a lot of each but its got a good salty sweet combination when done correctly. Most pizza places screw it up and put too many olives though and it tastes weird.

Pineapple pepperoni is prob better since its hard to get that wrong. But when they do pineapple olive the right way then it pops 'p o p'
