It doesn't surprise me one bit. I just find it funny. Happens every time matter who the girl is. They shouldn't tell me they don't care if they do care. Or they can, but getting mad at me after?

Everyone at my parties know each other, and girls make friends fast with each other at parties especially.. And I always tell everyone to invite friends and such if they want.

Tinkles, it sounds like she might have had to tear herself away because she was starting to feel emotions and knew you didn't.
It really sucks to be in that place. There is this one chick who used to use and abuse me for fun whenever she was bored every couple of years, and destroyed two of my relationships. Even now I would not be able to say no to her if she gave me a call, and I am not a guy who has trouble saying no. Being on the "losing" end of a FWB thing absolutely sucks.
