She wasnt a bad person. Its a tragedy. She is my age.
My life isnt great but its still good to be alive.
Sad for her and her family

Do you judge a flame as it's flickering away? Or remember the brightness of it's glory? She had a fire in her that burned for a small time and from that came genius. Those who've been effected by the fire often try to cling to it's warmth long past it's time. She was glorious and broken in front of the world by her man. Her flame was put out by a man and the drugs helped her feel like she did back before.

The world made her do nothing. She chose the choices she made. Not her ex-husband. Not anyone else. Her. There are plenty of people in this world who have had it much, much, MUCH worse than she had it, and they chose not to self-destruct. They chose not to make similar choices. You don't get to take her responsibility for her own actions away from her.
But she was beautiful in more ways than one. First time I ever danced with a girl was to a Whitney Houston song. So long ago, but I remember it vividly. Greatest female voice in the history of modern popular music.

So you're saying she was on top of the world and one day said "Hey anyone got some crack?" Or did things happen on this planet that wore her towards a place in life that crack seemed like a nice relief?

Wouldn't be the first time a public figure loved by all was fed crack by a CIA or FBI agent till they crashed and burned. Just saying  But no, I don't think that's the case.
