There are 6 women in my class. This is a little dialogue from a short play I am writing.
PONDEROUS SAGE
I won these seats, mine and the one seat you are in. You may sit there if you like.
The Ponderous sage hands him a ticket. Rhizome examines the ticket and keeps it.

PONDEROUS SAGE
The Omni-Loving Compassionate Cannabis Club. They had a drawing.

The band, man, Sloppy Pussy. It’s is a way of being, Dasein. These women are from the Simulacra. They have an inner and outer Reality, an Epic-currean complexity! This is hedonistic pounding drone music. These are shadows of the sluts getting laid on the walls of Plato’s cave -Reality Thrash Metal!

If...IF it is as he says and was merely a writing assignment then he should be beating back the lawyers who want to make millions off of the University. I know I would be in my lawyers office IF the circumstances were for the most part as described.

You can adapt your business knowledge and make it creative. If you can pull this off, you are a classic mage. Business doesnt have to be lifeless and soul draining. It can be exciting, fulfilling and passionate. You must find it though. It is not going to jump out of a general ledger and seduce you.

The article seems to only contains facts from the student's point of view. It could be that he was making inappropriate comments all along during class, but the teacher had been letting it slide up until she saw the journal entry and she felt it crossed the line into stalker territory. It most likely wasn't just the journal that got him in trouble. 
This is the one thing I noticed about the article as well.
As a writer, I normally hate the thought of any form of censorship frankly so I'm automatically predisposed to come down on the side of a another writer.
That said, I also think of those crazy students / people that hurt other people and, in retrospect, we hear that they have drawn things or written things that teachers wish they "had spoken up about" afterwards.
I would love to see his writing because the use of the word "intimidate" here is a strong word and suggests far more than "sexual undertones" I will say. Hard to know without all of the context however.

Found a lot more details.
She wrote to the college and said she was afraid of him because was a gun advocate who wanted to be able to conceal carry on campus.
Personally, I doubt that is true in the slightest, but it is the angle she used when she wrote to the college to ask to have him removed.

He definitely needs to hire a lawyer and sue the school.
