What if you kill things because you like the way their skin looks and want to wear it for style?

So if someone kills another human cause he likes to wear his skin, he's ok in your books?

Humans that refer to other humans as things are probably psychopaths.

Nope. Not in any clinical reference or any other suitable reference, except for Encyclopedia Rectum which is where you pulled your post from.

I was refering to snake skin shoes and wallets and crap like that.
It says a lot about you that your first thought was about skinning human beings.

So, trophy hunters are psychopaths?
'Psychopaths' is a bit strong; I would go with 'redneck scumbags'.
So, guys that go to Africa or other nations on safari are 'redneck scumbags'?
How about those guys who go and kill a whole sihtload of feral hogs that they will never eat, but are doing so in order to curtail the destruction those animals wreak on the local agriculture?
How about those folks who hunt coyotes in the US? Coyote numbers are out of control in a lot of areas and are reducing the population of deer and other viable game animals as well as impacting livestock...

I think Tenkly was saying that skinning an animal for decorative use is as bad as killing a human, he is right. All living things have a right to live except when we need them for food.
Either you are dense and stupid or you are trolling. Both, in this instance, are in incredibly bad taste.

I don't think there's just one absolute psychopathy: You are or you aren't. It's more like there are different shades between and a little bit of apathy or pleasure in killing things was probably cultivated throughout our history.
Just because we've all lived in a society that figured out how to program men to kill others without thought, doesn't mean this was always the case. People probably evolved to enjoy the hunt out of necessity, or those that did enjoy it were able to pass down those genes because they were more successful at killing, and thus surviving, their enemies.
These traits were passed down genetically and through family hobbies and events. You're going to associate out camping with pa in the woods and successfully getting your first kill with positive emotions that you'll connect with every time you go hunting again. You'll look forward to taking your kid out hunting and training him and pushing him to meet the challenge. It's all self-reproducing reinforcing behavior.
