88% of black voters voted for Kerry in 2004. 95% voted for Obama in 2008.
88:95 is very similar to ratio of votes Kerry got to the ratio of votes Obama got: 48: 53. In short, about the same number of blacks voted for Obama but not Kerry as the electorate as a whole.
