What GW2 class do you intend to roll as your main? |
wow guild wars 2 is going to be f2p? Never knew that. Thats cool. Will there be a need for bots? Haven't played guild wars 1 since a week after release. Never got into it.

Skinny got me to try the engineer in Warhammer and I loved the class.
That said I have zero knowledge of GW. Someone tell me what the hardest class to play is and I will give that a try. If I play at all.
Mesmer seems like it is the most complex; Engineer is probably the second most complex.

It is b2p (buy to play), not f2p.
No henchmen/heroes as NPC companions like in GW1.

Probably warrior, or ranger.
I always think that oddball classes are going to end up weak, so I am not sure if I want to try an engineer.

Engineer will likely require some skill to do right. It'l be a support class more than straight dps is the feeling i get.

Oh well Engineer it is then. Hope people actually appreciate healers in a game that's build around no one needing a healer.

I plan to go turret crazy. Drop all of em and work between healing and flamethrower.

Glad to hear there are no henchmen in GW2. I hate having to haul a pet around. 90% of my PvE deaths come from terribad pathing or something that fool pet does.

I love the idea of a melee-centric necro. Running in with axe and dagger, chopping away and stealing life. Could work as a decent PBAE bomb character too.

I wonder if you guys have ever considered that maybe why you burn out on games so quickly is because you've already spent months on the game before you've even played.
It's not even in beta yet, and already you are asking about what class people are planning on playing??
The groupthink on GW2 is going to be really bad, possibly worse than TOR.
