I don't think Rangers can stealth.
That said, torn between Thief, Ranger, and Engineer.

At least thieves in GW2 use stealth in a more tactical manner than most MMOs. They don't have the traditional super hard hitting stealth openers that lets them spike someone down inside of a stunlock.

And Warriors (and likely some others too) can cause an AOE stealth by comboing an ability with a Thief's smoke screen.
