Pillsbury , that is alright. You fought the good fight. I lost a red light ticket I contested. In this instance never say you saw it turn red. If you enter when it is green due to your travel speed you will never see it turn red. If you see it red , then you are probably guilty.

I'm shocked at the speedo thing actually working in court though. I reprogrammed it to be massively wrong, popped over to the dealership and shelled out $40 for them to document it and program it back to right.

WOH... Dude do you have ANY idea what laws have been instituted relative to threats or remarks that show a hostile intention/attitude towards a Judge? Caution PB! I'm sure you don't intend to hurt a Judge but make that clear to the Agent reviewing IGN's REQUIRED report for your remarks.

I got pulled over for having expired tabs on the car. Never got any renewal paperwork so I hadn't thought about it. I explained that to the cop who told me that it was merely a "courtesy" that the DMV or whomever sent renewal notices at all. I get that it's my responsibility to make sure all my stuff is up to date, but I never knew that I shouldn't necessarily expect to receive my renewal stuff automatically. I would have paid closer attention if I had known. He told me to take care of it within the next couple of days and let me go without a ticket, but I definitely learned that the state has its own ploys to ensure that they get their ticket $$... stupid and petty ways.
