roanoke virginia....

hows the atmosphere there?
typical moderate sized town?
crime rates looked almost non existant.
houses looked around 150k average.
most importantly...
when i go to visit, how are the women?

Very conservative, very white.
If you are looking for nightlife, head to Blacksburg, which is where Va. Tech is. Pretty sure that Radford is in Blacksburg as well, and Radford is Va's party college.
You are close to the mountains and the Blue Ridge is spectacular.
In General though, Va is a great place to live and raise a family.

I moved to Roanoke around 14 and lived there until I was 18, Here's what I remember
hows the atmosphere there? As long as you're not the wrong color in the wrong neighborhood the atmosphere is still mostly redneck. Bible belt type place.
typical moderate sized town? I guess, there no real fun spots where you can just walk down a street and have a good time.
crime rates looked almost non existant. I remember they liked to murder one another, but to be fair there isn't crap else to do.
houses looked around 150k average. Because it sucks to live there.
when i go to visit, how are the women? 3 years out of high school they will mostly be fat, wedded and working on their second child.
Don't visit them. That whole part of the state is terrible if you're not going camping or hunting. There's only a few places that could possibly be worse.
