I just noticed this on the back of my hand. I thought I may have bruised it, but upon closer inspection it looks a little more.
It's about the size of an eraser head.
What do you all's think?

IMHO, it may be superficial basal cell carcinoma, which is very, very common. It's not very aggressive. The skin of the hand is a fairly common area to find superficial basal cell carcinoma, as it tends to be exposed to sun a lot relative to other areas of the body. It's also found about the face quite often. If I'm correct, it's not a huge deal. Trace a line around the border of the lesion and keep it protected with a band-aid or some tape. Pay attention to whether or not it progresses outside of the trace. Also pay attention to color change from the pinkish-redish hue to a brown color. Or go to a dermatologist. Or cut your hand off.
