They show a supply base and caravan at the end of the video IIRC. Basically you take the base and then it spawns a caravan every 10 mins that goes to the keep. If it gets there without being jacked it adds supply to the keep's supply pool.

Speed classes are bad design in a pvp game. They just became mandatory group members. It would go against the basic setup of GW2 to have classes you absolutely have to have in your group.

all classes have certain skills that makes running away not that easy to do.
