I've enjoyed those books for many years. I even settled into the habit of re-reading the series before each new release. Despite years of fixated enjoyment and a grasp on the content that lets me breeze through re-reads I can't look forward to the end. I think the story should have ended by now. It's as if the tense moments of story line and perfect wardrobe explaining paragraphs merged into a long walk, in circles, through the same swamp.
After what Rand's students did at the Well nothing in the world should have stood in their way.
"Oh did you hear about that Dragon Reborn guy's Army?" asks big bad guy.

ou mean the Dragon Reborn who is supposed to destroy our boss and has killed a bunch of us lately?" replies other bad guy or girl.

ea him, well the other day he had a hundred or so other men who could channel and they formed a big shield in the shape of a dome atop a hill and when thousands of enemies attacked them, as they were surrounded, they made the Earth turn into giant rolling waves forcing everything around the valley towards the shield!" exclaims the first Bad guy.
"Ok, so?" says the unimpressed bad guy or girl.
"Well!" says bad guy."Then some former mad False dragon working for Rand yelled Raise shield! Well the dome rose up a bit from the ground, not really enough room to get through easily and heads were exploding anytime someone tried getting in but, wait, here is where it gets good, the rolling waves of people had piled up on the dome by this time, so when the commander yelled ASHA'MAN KILL and invisible whirling blades popped up under all these tossed folks sliding down the dome.. Well, let me put it this way...
Most of the people inside the dome were puking their guts out in horror!"
