They are bad, they lag, they can't communicate and their poor educations make them come across as stupid.
If I had the ability to erase Brazil from existence I would kill them all just so I don't have to play DOTA with those idiots; I would sleep better knowing they aren't down there breathing my air and being worthless.

I just sprung for 30MBps from Time Warner for 50 bones a month which is pretty stiff for net-only. Pickings are surprisingly slim here in NYC, no doubt due to red tape and Mike Bloomberg getting teh buttsex from TW's CEO...
Anyway, where was I. Oh, yes. Just boot people from bstulic's peasant country wherever-tf it is when they join your server and you should be fine.

I have had the misfortune of playing with Swedes before, they were just as awful as Brazilians and Russians.
Note that I am not claiming all Swedes are bad at games, just the ones on US East who are too stupid to select the European servers.
