I can understand why this is. A lot of people listen to Rush. Few if any listen to a liberal.

You do know it was a metaphor right?
I am not trying to defend the statements, they are stupid. I am just making sure you understand the difference between using a bad metaphor for calling someone a sell out and literally attacking a woman as a slut and a whore because she was going to testify about her friend who lost her ovaries.

There are all sorts of current examples of well-known libs going waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over the misogynistic line. Nobody in the media cares about them though. Neither do other libs.

The RFK quote is pretty mild.
Bill Maher, on the other hand, said many things worse than what Rush did and there was no outcry from the media remotely similar to that unleashed on Rush.
