buy a coffee grinder
throw in a handfull of fennel seeds and push the button.
it also works with dried habeneros.
crush them by hand first and separate the seeds so you can get more of that habenero-y flavor without as much of the insane heat.
if you want to dry out some habeneros place them on something screen-like and let them sit in the oven. i use a mesh spaghetti strainer type of thing.
