It's just an attempt to shame the complainers into shutting up about their complaints, regardless of the validity of said complaints. It's like the use of the term "/meltdown" when it gets brought up here. 90% of the time someone's getting pwned and wants the pwning to stop so he types "/meltdown" like it's an iwin button.
You can never ever complain about anyone else, ever, because by complaining about them or their actions or disagreeing with them you "envy" them. It's beyond stupid and lazy.
