Though it says something about the war when psychos who enlist just to kill people have to go out of their way in search for illegit kills because theres no legit targets available.

The screenings are fine... how many tours had the guy gone through, how many years did he watch buddies blown up and shot... how much death and mayham and chaos can you live through before you become it.
