Lovie Smith is a HORRIBLE coach. The Bears wasted years of having an incredible defense....by having an inept and totally clueless offense.
Now that defense is getting older and some key parts are gone, their O-line is shaky, their special teams (always a high point for the Bears) are looking average, and they have a quitter and crybaby with some talent at QB.
Despite that, they will probably win 11 or 12 games again....and then lose in the playoffs. Bears have never been a real team, they have always been some awesome parts thrown together without a clue.

The Bears have been good under Lovie and that was with a string of bad QBs and OC issues. The worst part of Lovies game is picking OCs. JA was also a significant problem for the most part. Getting Cutler helped salvage his rather mediocre career but failing to surround him with talent ended it.

The Colts re-sign Reggie Wayne. So much for the dreams of whoever picks up Peyton nabbing him as well.
