now all we need is a QB, offensive coordinator, head coach, defensive coordinator, offensive line, maybe a backup running back, ....
and who knows how well our aging defensive players will do this year

The only thing the Bears need in that list is offenseive line and maybe an OC. Maybe.
It is actually their young DE and CB that are the concerns, not the crap you listed.

weve had a winning team for years.
the coaching staff cant get it done.
we keep blaming it on greg olsen, kyle orton, owen krutz, etc...
they should have won the superbowl several times with the talent they had but the coaching staff sucks. we got a great start with whats his nuts being gone finally, though.
and ill let the defensive coordinator slide only as long as urlacher is in there managing the D.
and that sissy from denver who likes to cry on the sidelines can go back there.
