I don't think the US constitution applies to Europe.

/e Looks at the thread ... /e see no mention of the US or constitution ... therefore , as usual, Brother_Tedious is wrong and seems to have no understanding of sovereign territories and that the discussion is about Europe and not the US.

I know your stupidity is profound but Sweden and Europe has a totally different set of Laws then you guys.

/pats Brother_Tedius on the head, run along now child, grown ups are talking.

Who owns the water then?

Who ever owns the property rights .... also people can just put rain barrels on their property and that water would be theirs ...

Including rivers and lakes? Can I own part of a river?

They ration water in the states.

This is not new.

In the SW you have certain times of the day you are allowed to open irrigation canals so that you can water your land/crops.

It is fairly effective.

I feel that membership in the European Union (EU) makes that group of countries a Eurozone.

IMO, the fact that Britain and EDenmark opted out of using the 'Euro' as state currency doesn't really change the overall economic ties that constitute the Eurozone.

Perhaps semantics - I think NOT!

OH, and piping fresh water from those with to those without is as feasible as, and probably more urgent than, pumping crude, and in all liklihood will happen.

What the fuck does /e mean? Are you mentally ill?

Anyways the Constitution doesn't mention a lot of things. It can be changed.

Heh... What you feel is irrelevant since it's in no way shape or form a fact.. Fact is that England IS NOT a member of the Eurozone, Sweden isn't either. That we are members of the European Union is immaterial.. So you are horribly undeniably wrong.

It does change the economic ties since we're not using the same currency, this is why we have members of the Eurozone and those who are not.

It's not even semantics, you're just extremely f'kin wrong and in your pigheaded way you're not letting go.
