We are having people over next weekend so I have to make some salsa verde for carnitas tacos I'm making, homemade is the only way to go.

i put in some white sweet corn and it made it too damn sweet.
is there a way to undo the sweetness?
also, the buffalo made it kinda stinky, but the taste is spot on.

Well most people dont put corn it it. It was just a spur of the moment thing.

i guess it's always an experiment. that's part of the fun.
i've had it with corn before and i think it adds alot to the consistency.
what would you change next time?

Not sure but I will definitely chance some things like the beans, meat, and spices. I ordered some espresso powder which my brothers girlfriend says is a great secret ingredient to chili
