I also put some corn in it. Corn is good in salsa and in stews. Why not chilli?

Goes in one end and explodes out the other :/ its not a good day if you have to work after eating chilli. I have to make sure I'm at home the next day lol. But I do love chilli so its worth it.

i got 2lbs of ground buffalo, 1lb of ground lamb,
1 habernero, 6 serranos, 2 jalepenos + misc veggies & spices.

ground buffalo? how is it? I never tried it? I like elk burger, venison. Never tried buffalo though in anything besides jerky.

it's kinda like a really lean beef with a stronger flavor,
kinda gamey probably a tad (or two) more so than elk.
