Last week my wife and I went thru a drive thru for lunch at a local fast food joint. When we got to the window to play, we were told the car ahead of us had paid for our meal. It was pretty cool. So, I've started to do it now.

A couple weeks ago there were girl scouts selling cookies at the supermarket. I buy a box every year, but never eat them because they're crap calories, so I told them this year to just give my box away for free to the next person who bought some.
It would've been nice to see who got it and their reaction. Made me feel good

I did that this year also. Girl Scout cookies are like the worst nutritional edible item to ever exist so I give them to co-workers and their kids

went to Henryville, Indiana on wed. to help with the tornado clean-up. couldnt believe the carnage that i saw...and what was better was that soo many other people from all over came to help others they have never met.
felt great to be apart of it.

One time I bought 50 chicken nuggets because McDonalds had them on sale. My friend's little sister was whining that she didn't have any food so I gave her the last half of my last box.

An elderly lady sat at an iHop eating breakfast one morning by herself. She was polite to the waitress and seemed rather lost in thought. I paid for her breakfast and left. I have no idea her reaction.

When I was 16, I ran over a three-legged deer while driving my mom's minivan. I backed-up over it just for good measure. And then I ran over it again. Having three legs is now way to go through life. Unless you're a tripod.

once years ago i was at a mcdonalds in the middle of winter in this part of town that has a lot of public housing/poor and drug affected people. it was a freezing cold, wet and windy day and as we were getting up to leave and taking our rubbish to the bin this lady asked if she could take it for me. i thought it was a bit weird and then i saw that she just took the tray with the empty wrappers etc on it and put it on the table in front of her next to her pram with a baby in it.
she couldnt afford to buy any food and needed to be inside some place safe and warm so i bought her some lunch.
