I just had the most excruciating muscle cramp of my life.

We moved about 2/3 of the furniture today, lots of lifting and carrying to and from multiple floors. I just woke up with a cramp in my thigh from the inside of my kneecap up the side then around to the front at the top. I could not figure out how to stretch the damn thing out, It felt way down inside. I ended up walking about ten minutes before it finally eased up. It felt like a knife was stuck in my leg.

I am standing at the kitchen counter afraid to sit or bend my leg in anyway. Might sleep this way tonight rather than risking another one of those.

Sometimes I wake up at night with cramps in the tops of my feet between my toes and my ankle.
THAT sucks.

I once had these cramps going through my entire back - i basically had to do lemas style breathing to get over the pain. It was intese, i thought my bones were going to break from the power of the cramping.
